Rat Anti Mullerian Hormone (AMH) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) immunoassay provides quantitative measurement of endogenous AMH in rat-derived specimens and is supplied as a complete kit for in vitro research applications. AMH, a dimeric glycoprotein belonging to the TGF-β superfamily, is secreted by testicular Sertoli cells in males and by ovarian granulosa cells in females; the hormone drives regression of the Müllerian ducts during embryogenesis and is widely used as a circulating biomarker of ovarian reserve, follicular activity, and gonadal function in adult rodents.
