Rat Anti-Growth Hormone ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of anti-growth hormone antibody (GHAb) in rat samples, Assay Genie's sandwich, double-antigen ELISA Kit uses a colorimetric readout and is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The assay has a reported sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and a working range of 0.625-40 ng/mL. The workflow uses a biotinylated detection antigen and HRP-conjugated streptavidin, with colorimetric readout achieved by adding TMB substrate, stopping the reaction, and measuring optical density at 450 nm. The kit provides a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antigen, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, dilution and wash buffers, stop solution, and a Bradford Reagent for optional total protein quantification and sample normalization.

Components should be stored at 2-8°C (sealed) and should not be cryopreserved. The kit is intended for research use only. Reported validation data includes linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions (for example, serum samples showed 87-98%, 90-105%, and 88-104% respectively) and recovery percentages across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples (serum recovery range 91-105%, average 97%).
