The Assay Genie Rat ANP PharmaGenie ELISA Kit is a competitive immunoassay enabling quantitative measurement of atrial natriuretic peptide, a 28-amino acid cardiac hormone central to blood pressure regulation and fluid homeostasis. Researchers studying hypertensive rat models, congestive heart failure, and renal function use this microplate-based kit to profile ANP release in serum samples and cell culture supernatants harvested from cardiac tissue explants.

Each assay plate provides reagents sufficient for 96 determinations in a pre-coated strip well format that supports partial-plate workflows.
