Rat Ankyrin Repeat Domain Protein 1 (ANKRD1) ELISA Kit

Quantify rat Ankyrin Repeat Domain Protein 1 (ANKRD1), a cardiac-enriched transcriptional co-factor also known as CARP (Cardiac Ankyrin Repeat Protein), using this 96-assay plate-based ELISA from Assay Genie. ANKRD1 expression is rapidly induced in stressed cardiomyocytes and is widely used as a molecular readout in studies of cardiac hypertrophy, ischemic injury, and dilated cardiomyopathy.
