Rat Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme (ACE) ELISA Kit

Quantitative measurement of angiotensin-converting enzyme in rat specimens is the focus of this ELISA kit from Assay Genie. ACE, a zinc metallopeptidase, converts angiotensin I into the vasopressor angiotensin II, and changes in circulating or tissue ACE are studied in hypertension, diabetic nephropathy, pulmonary hypertension, and cardiac remodeling models.
