According to the manufacturer, the assay delivers a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and a measuring range of 0.625–40 ng/mL. Reported linearity for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions spans 80–104%, and recovery values fall between 86–105% across the same matrices. The assay uses a biotinylated detection antibody with HRP-streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Kit components are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
