Rat Angiopoietin-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1607)

Angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1) is a secreted glycoprotein ligand for the endothelial Tie2 receptor, where it promotes vascular maturation, vessel stability, and barrier integrity. Researchers use this kit to quantify endogenous Ang-1 in rat cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum, supporting studies in angiogenesis, tumor vascular biology, wound healing, sepsis, and diabetic microvascular complications. The microplate format provides up to 96 assays with a recommended sample volume of 100 µL per well, and uses a matched antibody pair to detect native rat Ang-1. Colorimetric signal is captured at the standard 450 nm read wavelength for straightforward quantification against a standard curve.
