Rat Angiogenin (ANG) ELISA Kit

Quantitative rat angiogenin immunoassay from Assay Genie for measuring ANG protein in experimental samples. Angiogenin is a 14 kDa secreted ribonuclease belonging to the RNase A superfamily and is a key mediator of neovascularization, acting through ribosomal RNA cleavage and endothelial cell signaling. The kit uses a colorimetric readout on a 96-assay plate format and is compatible with tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, and additional biological matrices from rat-derived sources.
