The Assay Genie Rat ANGII PharmaGenie ELISA Kit quantitatively measures angiotensin II, the active octapeptide hormone of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) that drives vasoconstriction, aldosterone release, and sodium retention in cardiovascular and renal research. This competitive-format kit is validated for rat samples, including serum and cell culture supernatants, on a microplate supplied with pre-coated wells and lyophilized standards.

The capture antibody shows minimal cross-reactivity with angiotensin I, angiotensin III, and other RAAS peptide fragments, supporting specific quantification of mature ANGII in experimental samples.
