Rat Amyloid Beta Precursor Protein Binding Protein 2 (APPBP2) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Rat APPBP2 ELISA Kit enables quantitative detection of Amyloid Beta Precursor Protein Binding Protein 2, also referred to as PAT1, in rat-derived samples. APPBP2 binds the cytoplasmic YENPTY motif of the amyloid precursor protein and participates in intracellular trafficking from the trans-Golgi network, supporting studies on amyloid processing, neuronal vesicle transport, and Alzheimer's-related pathways.

Configured for rat reactivity, this kit is validated with tissue homogenates and cell lysate preparations.
