Rat Amyloid Beta 42/AB 1-42 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is configured with a double-antibody detection format and is intended for the quantitative measurement of Amyloid Beta 42 (AB 1-42) in rat samples. The literature accompanying the kit describes amyloid beta 1-42 as a protein implicated in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease through its role in amyloid plaque formation. Acceptable sample matrices include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay is read colorimetrically, using TMB substrate development with absorbance measured at 450 nm.
