Rat AKT2 ELISA Kit

A high-quality colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of AKT2 in rat samples. Using a double-antibody method, the kit measures AKT2, a key protein in the Akt signaling pathway that regulates cell growth, proliferation, and survival, with dysregulation linked to cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disorders.

The kit shows a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a standard curve range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Recovery averages 92% for serum (range 86-99%), 98% for EDTA plasma (range 86-105%), and 100% for heparin plasma (range 95-105%).
