Rat AGRN (Agrin) ELISA Kit (RTES01016)

Manufacturer data include a detection range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL, a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and recovery of 80%-120%. The kit uses a sample volume of 100 μL with an assay time of 3 h 30 min; intra-assay precision CV values of 4.4-5.81% and inter-assay precision CV values of 8.08-8.77% are reported.
