Rat Agmatinase, mitochondrial (Agmat) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of rat agmatinase, mitochondrial (Agmat). The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with rat samples. Suitable sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the kit has a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.156ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 6.7% and an inter-assay CV of 8.3%. Recovery data lists serum at an average of 98% (range 92-104%) and plasma at an average of 100% (range 94-106%). Linearity is reported across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma dilutions from 1:2 through 1:16.

The kit is specific for natural and recombinant rat agmatinase, mitochondrial, and is intended for cell biology research applications, with the target localised to the mitochondrion. It is supplied for research use only.
