Rat ADGRE5/CD97 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Rat ADGRE5/CD97 ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA, double antibody assay designed for the precise measurement of ADGRE5 (CD97) levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. ADGRE5 (CD97) is a cell surface receptor protein involved in cellular adhesion, migration, and differentiation processes, and it plays roles in inflammation, immune response, and cancer progression, making this kit a useful tool for investigating disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic interventions.

The kit has a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a detection range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL, and is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
