Assay Genie's Rat Adenylate cyclase type 10/ADCY10 ELISA Kit is a Sandwich ELISA using a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection, designed for the quantitative measurement of ADCY10 in rat samples. ADCY10 catalyzes the formation of cyclic AMP (cAMP), a signaling molecule implicated in metabolism, neurotransmission, and gene expression.

The assay has a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C, where it remains stable for 12 months.
