Rat Adenylate Cyclase 10, Soluble (ADCY10) ELISA Kit

The ADCY10 target encodes soluble adenylate cyclase (sAC), a bicarbonate- and calcium-regulated enzyme distinct from the membrane-bound AC1-AC9 family. This Assay Genie immunoassay provides quantitative measurement of sAC protein in rat tissue homogenates, supporting research into cAMP signaling, sperm capacitation, mitochondrial function, and metabolic regulation. The kit uses a rat-specific capture antibody with no significant cross-reactivity observed with other rat adenylate cyclase isoforms. Each format contains 96 assays with an enzymatic readout and a 50 uL sample volume per well. Reconstituted reagents should be kept frozen at -20°C, while the unopened kit is refrigerated until first use. Components include a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, rat ADCY10 standards, and wash buffer sufficient for the full plate run.
