Rat ADAMTS13/VWFCP ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the precise measurement of ADAMTS13 and VWFCP in rat samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. ADAMTS13 and VWFCP are key proteins involved in the regulation of von Willebrand factor (VWF) cleavage, which is essential for blood clotting and hemostasis, and their dysregulation has been linked to various bleeding disorders and thrombotic conditions, making them important biomarkers for studying these diseases and developing potential treatments.

The assay uses a double-antibody Sandwich format and delivers a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL with a working range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. Colour is developed with TMB substrate and the plate is read at 450 nm after addition of stop solution. Reported linearity spans 82–105% across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at the tested dilutions, and recovery averages 94–97% in the same matrices. Kit reagents are intended for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.
