Rat Actin Alpha 1, Skeletal Muscle (ACTa1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Rat ACTa1 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a quantitative tool for measuring skeletal muscle alpha-actin protein in rat-derived samples. Actin Alpha 1, Skeletal Muscle (ACTA1) is the predominant actin isoform expressed in skeletal muscle sarcomeres, where it interacts with myosin to drive muscle contraction. This makes the kit useful for studies in neuromuscular disease models, exercise physiology, muscle regeneration, and toxicology research using rodent systems.

The kit is configured as a 96 assays pack and accepts tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants, along with other biofluid-derived samples, giving laboratories flexibility across in vivo tissue work and in vitro cell-based experiments.
