Rat Acetyl Coenzyme A Acetyltransferase 1 (ACAT1) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Rat ACAT1 ELISA Kit is calibrated across a detection range of 31.25 to 2000 pg/mL, with a limit of detection (sensitivity) of 12.5 pg/mL. The procedure uses a 100 µL sample volume per well, with incubation steps carried out at 37°C, and the chromogenic readout is measured on a standard microplate reader after the stop reagent is added. Each kit provides reagents for 96 assays, supporting multi-replicate designs and time-course sampling in rat model experiments.
