Rat A Disintegrin And Metalloprotease 17 (ADAM17) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie rat ADAM17 immunoassay provides quantitative measurement of A Disintegrin And Metalloprotease 17 (also known as TACE, TNF-α converting enzyme) in rat-derived samples using a microplate-based ELISA workflow with colorimetric absorbance readout.

ADAM17 is a membrane-anchored metalloproteinase that sheds ectodomains from type I and type II transmembrane substrates, including TNF-α, the EGFR ligands amphiregulin and TGF-α, and several cytokine receptors. Quantitative profiling of ADAM17 protein levels in rat models therefore supports inflammation research, EGFR-pathway studies, and investigations of acute-phase and immune signaling cascades.

Applications include quantification of ADAM17 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and related rat-specimen matrices. Each kit is supplied as a complete pack of reagents sufficient for 96 assays in microplate wells.
