RASH/RASK/RASN Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A high-quality Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie, designed for the qualitative determination of RASH/RASK/RASN protein expression in adherent cell samples. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format with colorimetric detection measured at 450 nm and is run on a 96-Well Microplate, with a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells.

Reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, the kit employs target-specific primary antibodies together with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, enabling the HRP enzyme to catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. It is described as lysate-free, high-throughput and sensitive, suitable for measuring relative RASH/RASK/RASN levels in cultured cells and for screening the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals) and activators.

For data normalisation, the kit includes a monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody as an internal positive control, together with a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step to account for cell density. Storage is stated at 4°C with 6 months stability.
