Researchers studying tumour angiogenesis, retinal neovascularisation, ischaemic tissue revascularisation, wound healing, and inflammatory vascular leakage rely on isoform-resolved VEGF measurement because VEGF-A121, VEGF-A165, and VEGF-A189 each engage VEGFR-2 with distinct downstream kinetics and tissue distribution.
