The standard curve supports a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with sensitivity around 7.8 pg/mL, enabling precise quantification of cytokine release in rabbit inflammation, sepsis, and immunology research models. Each well receives 100 µL of sample; validated matrices include cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody vials should be stored at -20°C and protected from light, while the unopened plate and wash buffer remain refrigerated at 4°C until the kit expiration date.
