Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is as follows: serum (n=5) 99-105%, 89-101%, 86-105%; EDTA plasma (n=5) 86-96%, 89-101%, 91-95%; heparin plasma (n=5) 84-99%, 90-100%, 80-98%. Average recovery rates are 97% for serum (range 87-101%), 91% for EDTA plasma (range 87-101%), and 91% for heparin plasma (range 88-100%). Unopened kits are stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.
