Rabbit TAT/Thrombin/Antithrombin Complex ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed to quantitatively measure the TAT (Thrombin-Antithrombin) complex in rabbit samples, supporting research into coagulation system activation, thrombin generation, coagulation disorders, and thrombotic events.

The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich ELISA format with TMB-based colorimetric detection. It provides a detection range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. All components should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months, with select items also suitable for –20°C storage for 12 months.

Reported linearity for serum (n = 5) is 86–104% at 1:2, 86–101% at 1:4, and 80–100% at 1:8 dilution. EDTA plasma (n = 5) shows 80–94%, 81–99%, and 85–100% at the same dilutions, while heparin plasma (n = 5) shows 82–89%, 83–94%, and 80–95%. Recovery values are 89–105% (average 92%) for serum, 86–102% (average 97%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–103% (average 99%) for heparin plasma.
