Rabbit RUNX2/CBFA1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of RUNX2/CBFA1 in rabbit samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection. RUNX2/CBFA1 is a key transcription factor that plays a critical role in regulating bone development and osteoblast differentiation, and its dysregulation has been associated with bone-related disorders including osteoporosis and osteosarcoma.

The kit delivers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL across an analytical range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Linearity has been validated for serum (94–103% at 1:2, 83–101% at 1:4, 90–100% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (90–103%, 82–100%, 87–95%), and heparin plasma (88–104%, 85–101%, 87–104%) at n = 5. Recovery ranges from 86–104% in serum (average 95%), 91–104% in EDTA plasma (average 98%), and 87–105% in heparin plasma (average 92%).

The workflow involves reagent and plate equilibration, a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody binding for 60 minutes at 37°C, HRP-streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution. Sample preparation protocols are provided for each matrix. Supplied components include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody (100X), HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC, 100X), TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody dilution buffer, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, 25X wash buffer, plate sealer, and a technical manual. The kit should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
