Rabbit Renin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of REN (Renin) in rabbit samples, with a reported detection range of 15.625–1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/ml.

The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format on a 96-well microplate. An antibody specific to the target is pre-coated onto the wells; samples and standards are added, unbound material is washed away, and a biotinylated detection antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Streptavidin is introduced. TMB substrate produces a colorimetric reaction measured at 450 nm, with the OD450 value proportional to target concentration as read against a standard curve. Validated Bradford Reagent is included for total protein quantification and sample normalization.

The kit accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. It is supplied with a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody (100X), HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC, 100X), TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody dilution buffer, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer (25X), Bradford reagent, plate sealers, and a technical manual.
