Rabbit PDGF-AB/Platelet-Derived Growth Factor AB ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of PDGF AB (Platelet-Derived Growth Factor AB) in rabbit samples. It uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 1.875 pg/mL with a working range of 3.12-200 pg/mL. Reported linearity for serum (n=5) spans 93-101% at 1:2, 88-97% at 1:4 and 85-99% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) spans 85-93%, 88-100% and 85-91%; heparin plasma (n=5) spans 85-102%, 85-100% and 86-96%. Mean recovery is 90% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma and 98% for heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
