Rabbit Neurotrophin-3 ELISA Kit

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Linearity in rabbit serum (n=5) was 93-102% at 1:2, 84-101% at 1:4, and 87-100% at 1:8 dilution; EDTA plasma returned 86-102%, 84-89%, and 82-100%, while heparin plasma gave 85-102%, 83-100%, and 85-98%. Spike-and-recovery performance averaged 96% in serum (range 89-105%), 92% in EDTA plasma (range 85-98%), and 94% in heparin plasma (range 85-105%).

The assay procedure involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) incubation for 30 minutes, and TMB substrate development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, with absorbance measured at 450 nm after stop solution addition. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months; the lyophilised standard and microplate strips are also stable for 12 months at -20°C.
