Rabbit MMP3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the accurate and reliable quantitative detection of matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-3) in rabbit samples. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay is run on a pre-coated plate with a colorimetric readout, and absorbance is measured at 450 nm after TMB substrate development.

Key performance specifications include a sensitivity of 1.4 ng/mL and a working range of 2.188–140 ng/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n = 5), and recovery in the same matrices falls between 80% and 99% depending on sample type. The procedure uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) with sequential incubations at 37 °C.
