Rabbit MIP-1beta PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1260)

This Assay Genie kit quantifies rabbit MIP-1β (CCL4), a β-chemokine secreted by activated macrophages and lymphocytes that drives monocyte chemotaxis and Th1 inflammatory responses. The procedure uses a microplate pre-coated with anti-rabbit MIP-1β capture antibody, a biotinylated detection antibody, and streptavidin-HRP for chromogenic readout. Each kit supports 96 determinations using a 100 µL sample per well, with protocols validated for cell culture supernatant, plasma, and serum. Reagents are supplied in a single-use microplate format; refrigerate upon receipt, for research use only.
