Rabbit KGF/FGF7/Keratinocyte Growth Factor ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich (Double Antibody) ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of KGF/FGF7/Keratinocyte Growth Factor in rabbit samples. The assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is intended for research use only.

The kit delivers a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL with a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. It employs a pre-coated microplate to capture the target analyte, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-conjugated Streptavidin, with signal development by TMB substrate and absorbance read at 450 nm. Reagents are shipped on ice packs and stored at 2-8°C, with an expiry of 12 months. A Bradford Reagent is included for total protein normalization.

Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is 86-103%, 87-94%, and 81-98% for serum (n = 5); 89-104%, 85-100%, and 81-98% for EDTA plasma (n = 5); and 89-102%, 85-92%, and 91-98% for heparin plasma (n = 5). Recovery ranges are 86-102% (average 90%) for serum, 86-96% (average 91%) for EDTA plasma, and 85-102% (average 92%) for heparin plasma.
