Rabbit Interleukin 6 (IL-6) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie kit enables researchers to quantify rabbit IL-6 using a quantitative immunoassay workflow. The product ships with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, wash buffer, and TMB substrate. Standard curve measurements yield a detection range of 3.12 to 200 pg/mL with sensitivity below 10 pg/mL. Each well requires approximately 100 uL of sample, and the protocol can be completed within a single working day. Capture and detection antibodies are raised against rabbit IL-6 and show no significant cross-reactivity with related rabbit cytokines including IL-1β or TNF-α, supporting accurate quantification across serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants. All components should be refrigerated at 4 degrees C upon arrival and remain stable through repeated freeze-thaw cycles when properly aliquoted.
