Rabbit Interleukin 18 (IL-18) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Rabbit IL-18 ELISA Kit supports quantitative measurement of interleukin-18, a pro-inflammatory IL-1 family cytokine that promotes interferon-gamma release and shapes both innate and adaptive immunity. The kit is widely used in rabbit models of inflammation, autoimmune disease, infection, vaccine response, and tumor immunology. Each kit contains a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, lyophilized recombinant standards, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution, supplied in a microplate configuration with sufficient reagents for 96 determinations. Samples are pipetted into wells with the supplied diluent, and bound analyte is detected through an HRP-TMB reaction producing a measurable color change. For best results, store unopened kit components at 4 degrees C and keep the lyophilized standard frozen at -20 degrees C; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of working standards and bring all reagents to room temperature before use.
