The Rabbit IL-17A DIY ELISA Kit from Assay Genie supports quantification of interleukin-17A, a pro-inflammatory cytokine secreted primarily by Th17 lymphocytes and implicated in autoimmune inflammation, mucosal immunity, and graft-versus-host disease models. The DIY configuration ships with lyophilized capture and detection reagents, plate strips, and concentrated wash and substrate buffers so the end user reconstitutes and runs the immunoassay in their own laboratory without specialized coating equipment.

Each pack provides reagents sufficient for up to 10 microplates, supporting longitudinal studies, dose-response work, and screening of multiple treatment cohorts in rabbit inflammation research.
