The kit ships with a pre-coated capture antibody plate, biotinylated detector, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate, stop solution, and lyophilized standard calibrated to produce an eight-point reference curve. Pipette approximately 50 µL of pre-diluted sample per well and complete the procedure in roughly 90 minutes before reading absorbance on a standard microplate reader.
