Rabbit Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) ELISA Kit

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie is built for measuring Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) in rabbit-derived specimens. HGF is a mesenchyme-derived, pleiotropic signaling protein best known for driving hepatocyte proliferation and liver regeneration, and it also contributes to epithelial morphogenesis, cell motility, angiogenesis, and wound-repair pathways through activation of the c-Met receptor tyrosine kinase.

The 96-assay kit accepts multiple rabbit sample matrices, including tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants, supporting hepatic, renal, and pulmonary tissue studies as well as cell-based signaling experiments where endogenous ligand release is being tracked. Standard curves are generated alongside samples, and absorbance is read on a standard microplate reader.
