Each kit contains a coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant standards, detection antibody, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution. The protocol typically requires 50 µL of citrated plasma per well, with a standard curve constructed from a dilution series of the provided antigen standard.
