The Rabbit CXCL9 (MIG) DIY ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is supplied in a DIY configuration, providing matched antibody pairs, recombinant standard, and assay buffers for quantifying CXCL9 chemokine in rabbit-derived samples using customer-supplied plates. CXCL9, also called MIG (Monokine induced by gamma interferon), is an IFN-γ-inducible ligand for the CXCR3 receptor and serves as a biomarker in studies of Th1-driven inflammation, transplant rejection, and infectious disease models in rabbits. Each kit contains reagents sufficient for up to 10 microplates, making it economical for longitudinal or multi-condition rabbit studies. Reagents should be stored refrigerated upon arrival; the recombinant CXCL9 standard is best aliquoted and frozen at -20 °C to preserve activity across freeze-thaw cycles. The DIY format allows flexibility in plate choice and assay scale, supporting rabbit immunology, vaccine research, and chemokine signaling investigations.
