CXCL1 is a key neutrophil chemoattractant secreted by macrophages, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells during inflammation, making it a relevant biomarker for studies of acute inflammation, wound healing, ischemia-reperfusion injury, and rabbit models of arthritis or pulmonary inflammation. The bulk reagent format provides enough material for up to 10 microplate runs, supporting longitudinal studies and inter-assay comparisons within a single project.

Detection is read using standard microplate reader absorbance in the visible range.
