Rabbit CTGF/Connective tissue growth factor ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of rabbit CTGF (Connective Tissue Growth Factor) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell lysis buffer, tissue lysis buffer and other biological fluid samples. The double-antibody format delivers a sensitivity of 28.125 pg/mL with an assay range of 46.875-3000 pg/mL.

Reported linearity values across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions are 88-104%, 95-104% and 86-102% for serum (n=5); 82-101%, 82-98% and 96-100% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 84-99%, 83-93% and 81-100% for heparin plasma (n=5). Average recoveries are 94% for serum, 95% for EDTA plasma and 92% for heparin plasma.

Storage is 2-8°C for 12 months, with biotin-labelled antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate additionally protected from direct light.
