Rabbit Caspase 3 ELISA Kit

The assay procedure includes reagent and TMB substrate equilibration to room temperature, loading of standards, samples, and blanks onto the pre-coated plate, and a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes. Subsequent steps involve biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes at 37°C, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes at 37°C, TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after the addition of stop solution.
