Rabbit BMP2 ELISA Kit

The procedure uses a pre-coated plate with sequential incubations: 90 minutes for primary antigen binding at 37°C, 60 minutes with biotin-labeled detection antibody, and 30 minutes with HRP-Streptavidin (SABC), followed by TMB substrate development in the dark for 10-20 minutes.
