Rabbit Atrial Natriuretic Peptide (ANP) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Rabbit ANP ELISA Kit supports quantitative measurement of atrial natriuretic peptide in rabbit-derived samples using a sandwich immunoassay on a 96-well microplate. Capture and detection antibodies are specific to rabbit ANP, with no significant cross-reactivity observed against related natriuretic peptides BNP and CNP. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated plate, lyophilised standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution. Reagents should be refrigerated on arrival, the TMB substrate protected from light, and reconstituted standards aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles. For in vitro cardiovascular and hypertension research, this assay is suited for cardiac function and volume-homeostasis studies in rabbit models and is intended for research use only.
