Rabbit Adiponectin ELISA Kit

This colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of adiponectin in rabbit samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay is read at 450 nm using TMB substrate and HRP-streptavidin detection.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of 1.875 ng/mL and a working range of 3.125-200 ng/mL. Linearity was reported across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 (each n = 5) for serum at 93-105%, 84-97% and 80-97%; EDTA plasma at 85-100%, 91-101% and 81-95%; and heparin plasma at 88-103%, 88-100% and 80-98%. Spike-and-recovery values (n = 5) were 93-100% with an average of 97% for serum, 95-100% with an average of 98% for EDTA plasma, and 94-99% with an average of 96% for heparin plasma.

Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
