QuickStep Sheep E2 (Estradiol) ELISA Kit

The QuickStep Sheep E2 (Estradiol) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is built around a competitive immunoassay for quantifying 17β-estradiol in ovine serum and plasma. The kit provides a detection range of approximately 5 to 2000 pg/mL with sensitivity around 1.0 pg/mL, supporting reproductive endocrinology, estrous cycle monitoring, and veterinary reproduction studies in ewes. Components include pre-coated well strips, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution, sufficient for 96 determinations per microplate. A 50 µL sample volume is recommended per well; serum and plasma samples should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles and stored frozen at -20 °C until use. Unused strips resealed with desiccant remain stable for the listed shelf life when refrigerated.
