QuickStep Porcine E3 (Estriol) ELISA Kit

The QuickStep Porcine E3 (Estriol) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie uses a competitive inhibition immunoassay format optimized for quantitative measurement of unconjugated estriol in porcine specimens. Estriol is an estrogen metabolite widely monitored in swine reproductive physiology research, particularly for studies of gestation, fetal-placental function, and late-pregnancy wellbeing assessment.

The microplate is pre-coated with anti-estriol antibody, and HRP-conjugated estriol competes with sample analyte for binding sites. Each well requires a 50 uL sample volume, and the full protocol can be completed in approximately 90 minutes, substantially faster than conventional competitive ELISA workflows.

Allow all reagents to equilibrate to room temperature before use, store the kit refrigerated between experiments, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the provided standards.
