QuickStep Monkey E2 (Estradiol) ELISA Kit

The QuickStep format from Assay Genie provides a streamlined competitive immunoassay workflow for quantifying estradiol in non-human primate research samples. Pre-coated wells remove the overnight incubation step typical of conventional ELISAs, shortening total run time and supporting higher throughput for endocrine and reproductive biology laboratories.

Estradiol (E2) is the most potent endogenous estrogen and a core analyte in reproductive endocrinology, ovarian cycle tracking, hormonal contraceptive development, and preclinical toxicology. In cynomolgus and rhesus macaque studies, circulating estradiol concentrations are used to assess follicular development, time ovulation, and characterize the endocrine activity of candidate compounds.

Calibrated specifically for monkey samples, the assay works with standard primate specimen matrices directly. Each kit contains pre-blocked plate wells, estradiol calibrators, enzyme-conjugated detect reagent, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution, providing 96 individual determinations per box. The absorbance-based endpoint is read on a standard microplate reader, allowing straightforward integration into existing laboratory workflows.
