Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) is a dimeric glycoprotein of the TGF-β superfamily, secreted by ovarian granulosa cells in females and testicular Sertoli cells in males. Circulating AMH concentrations serve as a quantitative indicator of ovarian reserve, informing clinical decisions in fertility evaluation, in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle planning, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) assessment. Pediatric applications include the differential diagnosis of disorders of sex development and evaluation of testicular function in prepubertal boys.

The Assay Genie QuickStep human AMH immunoassay is supplied in a 96 Assays plate configuration for the quantitative measurement of AMH in human serum or plasma specimens. The microplate format supports batch processing and is compatible with standard ELISA plate readers commonly available in clinical chemistry and research laboratories.

Each kit provides pre-coated strip wells, calibrators, detection reagents, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent, delivering the components required to complete a full-plate protocol. Researchers are advised to consult the enclosed product insert for working volumes, recommended dilution of elevated specimens, and quality control acceptance criteria before running the assay.

For storage and handling, unopened kits should be kept refrigerated until first use, and reconstituted components may be frozen for extended stability, taking care to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Intended for research use only; not for diagnostic procedures.
